Hi, I am Amala Rai!

A graduate of National School of Drama, New Delhi and a Post-graduate Certificate holder in 'Educational Studies' from the University of Bath, United Kingdom. I have been an International Baccalaureate Theatre Educator for 12 years and have been in the field of Theatre Education for more than 20 years.

I am on a mission “to create an army of theatre teachers” in India and founded Amala’s Programme for Theatre in 2021. I have trained more than 100 theatre teachers who are teaching theatre successfully for National and International Boards in India.
